Due to the nature of fragrance decants (small sample sizes), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• Your order is missing items

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo or video).

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers such as USPS.
