Refund & Return Policy

At Decant Elixir, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, unwanted fragrances, or incorrect size selections.

We may offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your order is missing a product.
• You received the wrong fragrance or product.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the items received. We will review the issue and determine the best solution.

If a product is confirmed to be missing or incorrect, we may send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Please note: We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or for normal fragrance characteristics such as differences in color, scent performance, or natural changes over time.
